This form is used to request ERIC documents (ED12345) not available in full text on the ERIC database but are available in the ERIC microfiche collection at the TC Garland Library Greeneville campus. 

 To request an Education Journal article (EJ12345)  please use the Article Delivery Request  (TC library owned) or Interlibrary Loan Form (not available at TC Garland Library). Please call 1-800-729-0256 ext. 5801 with any questions.   Before filling out the ILL form check to be sure the article is not available on another database in full text by consulting the Periodical Search.

The ERIC Document will be sent to the location of choice indicated below.  Under normal circumstances, requests will be filled within 2 business days.  Please allow up to 7 days for delivery by  U.S. mail.   A photocopy charge of 10 cents per page is payable upon receipt by check or money order to Tusculum College Library P.O. Box 5005 Greeneville TN  37743.  Unpaid requests will be billed to the requestor's  account.  Limit 1 ERIC Document per request.
